I am passionate about inquiry based yoga and providing a safe, supportive space for practice and healing to occur. My classes, workshops, and retreats are designed to allow each person to explore their own sense of balance and possibility through chanting, meditation, music, hands-on assists with consent, and thoughtful sequencing while maintaining emphasis on breath and self-inquiry. I have been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2005.
Multiple training certification programs in Vinyasa, Bhakti Yoga, Ayurveda, and Restorative Yoga have all influenced my unique teaching style over the years. I am continually inspired by my teachers Ali Cramer, Stephanie Snyder, and Donna Farhi.
